Our philosophy is to create value to improve our returns. The approach is to identify vacant buildings and class B, C, or D apartment complexes for development, redevelopment, or economic conversion. We optimize the capital structure to maximize our investors’ cash flow and returns. We own and operate our project. We do the research and underwriting, perform due diligence, acquisition, and development, manage the property and dispose of the asset. We have more than 20 years of local contracting experience and are vertically integrated.
With close to 50 million in sub-contracting contracts, I started and grew a specialty construction firm from 1 employee to 150. I founded and operated the company for ten years. During operation, I completed hundreds of construction projects with zero litigation. The portfolio of work ranged from personal work to public bonded work.
After ten years of contracting, I returned to school and graduated with a master’s degree in Business Management and Operation from Harvard University Extension School.
Afterward, I started another company, but this time in the high-tech industry. This company won many global awards and is responsible for the physical security of Fortune 100 companies and some of the Forbes 50 wealthiest people globally. The company raised 16 million in venture debt and two million in SBIR funding. Also, the company was designed by the Department of Homeland Security Safety Act Office in December 2019.
