My philosophy is to create exceptional value that significantly enhances our returns. We aggressively target vacant buildings and Class B, C, or D apartment complexes for strategic development, redevelopment, and economic conversion. By optimizing our capital structure, we ensure maximum cash flow and outstanding returns for our investors. We take full ownership of our projects, conducting comprehensive research and underwriting, executing due diligence, managing acquisitions and development, overseeing property management, and driving asset disposition. With over 20 years of localized contracting experience, we are fully vertically integrated in our operations.
I successfully founded and scaled a specialty construction firm from just 1 employee to 150, securing close to 50 million dollars in subcontracting contracts along the way. Over the course of ten years, I completed hundreds of construction projects with an impeccable record—zero litigation. Our portfolio spans personal initiatives and public-bonded work.
After a decade in contracting, I returned to academia and earned a Master’s degree in Business Management and Operations from Harvard University Extension School. I then launched another successful venture in the high-tech industry, which has garnered multiple global awards. This company is responsible for the physical security of Fortune 100 companies and several of the 50 wealthiest individuals in the world. We raised 16 million dollars in venture debt and two million dollars in SBIR funding, and we received designation from the Department of Homeland Security Safety Act Office in December 2019.
